Welcome to the Nicholas Mosse Irish Country Shop,
home of Nicholas Mosse pottery, and one of Ireland's most beautiful stores.
Our friendly and relaxing store is set inside an old flour mill, which has been owned by Nick's family for many generations. The mill stands on the bank of the River Nore in the village of Bennettsbridge. We share the mill with the world-famous pottery, so our visitors can watch, through ground floor viewing windows, pots being hand thrown and decorated . On the same floor we carry the entire range of our pottery in all shapes and patterns; plus occasional, collectable, one-off pieces and limited edition items.
Upstairs, take the time to relax and enjoy a snack or lunch in our cafe, with its picturesque river view. Treat yourself to fresh homemade food, good coffee and delicious home baked cakes, whilst watching the ducks and swans swim by.
