Orders may be shipped in multiple boxes to expedite the delivery process.
When you order please provide us with a home phone number so you can be contacted to rearrange delivery in the event of being unavailable to accept delivery.
All orders will leave Kilkenny 3-4 working days after we receive the order. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within these days.
If you wish to make orders to separate addresses, an individual order will need to be made for each address.
If you are shipping to outside Ireland, the UK, the USA or Europe; please contact us for shipping rates to your region.
The lead time for the different zones is as follows
- Ireland: 3-4 days
- UK: 2 weeks
- Europe: 3-4 weeks
- USA: 3-4 weeks
Cancellation

Returns
